Treatment Philosophy

Lindsey is committed to helping people improve their emotional well-being. In addition to listening to patients’ concerns, she educates them on techniques they can utilize to solve problems, manage stress, adjust to life changes, and improve relationships.  She offers evidenced based treatment services to help with Chemical Dependency, Mood Disorders (i.e. depression and bipolar), Anxiety Struggles, Addiction, Relationship Concerns, and General Life Stresses.

Her role is to form a therapeutic alliance employing a highly empathetic style in order to inspire feelings of self-efficacy surrounding your ability to successfully change problematic behaviors and assist you in constructing your own changes by facilitating your movement through the stages of change.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself for just as I am, then I can change.”
